CST is a very gentle and non invasive therapy, performed with the client fully clothed while lying on their back. The gentle nature of this therapy is deceiving as it is possible to go much deeper in to the body’s tissues with CST than it is with massage therapy.

Essential oils & warm infused towels are used for pain relief and for their restorative properties specific to the areas of discomfort.

These sessions are extremely relaxing and calming and can be used when massage or craniosacral therapy is contraindicated.
